As an Instructional Designer Project Manager / Developer I oversee the coordination, implementations, evaluation, and supervision of instructional designed complex curricula and program of instruction for training.
I see my role as both strategic and tactical, and global for training / compliance programs. I offer learning related strategies that aligns training strategies such as: Blended Learning Programs, Adult Learning Styles, ADDIE Process, and Self-Directed Learning with training strategies that leads to TQM training policies, procedures, and application systems training.
I provide "Management Level Consulting" to end-users and executives in achieving their training goals. As a change agent I bring forward education-learning assessments and feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and recommends effective training solutions.
Without sound Instructional Systems Design (ISD) as applied to course development for training organizations, they will fail. Therefore, it is imperative before any learning materials are developed by training organizations they must tacitly and explicitly, knowing the principles of ADDIE and a sound System Training Approach to: Adult Learning Styles, Self-Directed Learning, and how it relates to Blended Learning (Classroom / Online e-Learning).
The ISD process promotes a higher-order of thinking on the web for online e-Learning. This alone, creates challenging activities that enable learners to link new information to old, acquire meaningful knowledge, and use their meta-cognitive abilities.

As a member of US Army at USA Signal Center & School (USA-SC&S)
I had the great opportunity of attending graduate classes in the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) - Criteria Reference of Instruction (CRI). This course was administered by University of Southern California (USC) at the USA-SC&S, under contract with US Army . Provided is the referenced study guide that details a Systems Approach to Training - TA-113-SAT-004 .

My duties as the Communications-Electronics Course Manager I was engaged in the developed, classification, preparation , and development 156, Lesson Plans ( IAW: CRI / ADDIE) and Lesson Test Validation (IAW: Bloom’s Cognitive Domain) for all resident and extension course material for the Avionics Mechanics Course (35K Military Occupational Specialties).
Additionally, I developed (6) technical lessons on the “Operation & Identification of Faulty Avionics Systems” , along with a eight (8) year Manpower Requirements Study (MRS) for Individual Training and Evaluation Program (ITEP): against all Army aviation aircraft assets, projected solider manpower levels, near term and far term avionics equipment assets TRADOC and Army Material Command (AMC). Both studied researched data for the MRS / ITEP was completed seven (7) months ahead of schedule due date. For my exceptional efforts I was presented a Certificate of Excellence from Director, Design & Development Division, at USA SC&S.
